Sinking Sensation

Beginning with the time Jenn was in the hospital and since Bella's birth, things have gotten a little shabby around the Casita de Trash and not in a chic way! To say things are looking a little seedy is a kind way of saying (in my best Bette Davis voice)..."What a dump!".My poor little garden house has taken quite a beating with the snowfall last winter and the hot, hot...did I mention hot...summer we are just now getting some relief from. (FYI...we have two seasons in this part of Texas...summer which lasts 48 weeks and winter claiming the remaining four!) Here's the deal pickle...I WANT party lights in my casa chiquita like Tracie...but something (Cat Daddy, family, leaves everywhere) is telling me I need a new roof first! First order of business...pull everything out and I do mean everything! Who hasn't heard the old saying "everything but the kitchen sink"?
Friends...I am here to tell ya, I got it covered...fresh outta the garden! Ummm...let's make that garden house!
Tell me lamp chops, where do you think it would look best...

my kitchen...

or yours?

I want to see more of that garden house, that's a pretty fab looking place. If it had a roof, you could just move right in!

well.... you know me.... it would be completely wasted in my kitchen (i'm aiming for a wall of snack machines right now...) but DANG I'd have it in my bathroom!!! Yeah - I said bathroom...

LOVE the garden house!!!! You'd NEVER get me in the actual casa!

My dream is to have running water in my garden shed.
Is that too much to ask?
I drag hoses the size of boa constrictors back and forth, back and forth.
Sorry...
Anyway-
Methinks you have sandbagged AGAIN.

Your garden house is amazing.
Just don't get yourself in a bind while you are cleaning it out.

Oh my good gravy! I LOVE that kitchen sink, dahlink. Just haul that baby all the way across the border and dump it on my front porch. I'll take it from there. Soon as I talk the Hub into completely remodeling my kitchen to accommodate that beauty.

I could be all "grabby" and say I WANT THAT SINK! But you my dear, deserve it. and OMG your little casita is precious. Love, love, love it! Are the squirrels perhaps hiding in there since one of your favorite fall activities is chasing them....LOL! Get Cat Daddy busy on the roof and then little lights! :)

Deb? A garden house? I did not know that about you! Oh heck, what's a little roofing when you could have twinkle lights! I want to see more...MORE...! That was my Bella Lugosi voice.
Love the sink, tho,

I have wanted strings of bistro lights for awhile now, but they are expensive! I just use Christmas lights and squint my eyes real tight and...VIOLA...they look just like bistro lights! :)

That kitchen sinks needs to go in your kitchen or back in your garden house. If it goes it your garden house, have CD hook it up! We can wash dishes after you throw a garden party for all of us! Don't leave it outside too long or CD might start cleaning his catfish in it! (As if that man had time. Think you keep him PRETTY BUSY!) :)

You put that baby right back into the Garden House and you invite us over for the next party. I'll need somewhere to set my mason jar when I dance with Cat Daddy. ~Mindy

MINE!!!!!That sink is over the top cool! I love your garden house and need to see more! don't party lights count as a new roof? I mean they are at the top of the wall right? So I guess to save my poor mail lady's back I will let you keep the sink, yes, I AM that nice! Theresa xoxo

It would be perfect in my master bath makeover! But if you are set on keeping it, that's okay, too. :) Wow!...CD, a garden house, and the kitchen sink? You really do have it all!

Why my kitchen of course darlin one!!! & I'll tell you why.
Cuz I just LOVEEE that your sink is vintage & has built in grooves for the water to drain off into & cuz it's soooooo big. Did I say it was BIG? {you'd think I was back in the CAVERNS again, lol} It's so nice & big!!!
I want it, but I think your garden house is the purrrfect place for it to go. A little corragated roofin & you'll be back in business before you can say casa chiquita 3 times!
Here's to tacos, trips, tequilla, meds & roofin!!!

Love your stuff...but let's get real...how about those Rangers! Woooohoooo! Were were watching on Friday, which was so distracting since we were putting together the new gas heaters for my sister's patio...kaboom...we're still in one piece, but barely! I LOVE to see the underdog win...NY has been there enough...it's fun to see how exited the newbies get! That's what I love! And serves our stooooopid Angels right, for letting Big Daddy Vlade & Molina go! Darn their hides!{I really mean "damn" but I am just saying "darn" to be ladylike!} It's gonna be a great Series!!!

I agree...keep it in the garden house, and fill with ice and beverages...and enjoy the beautiful party lights - I'm sure they'll "shed" some light on some good times (and maybe a 'lil gardening)!! :)

Take care, Kathy
