We looked just like we did when we came back from Warrenton complete with come-a-long to keep the springs from rubbing! We stopped in Ennis on the way back and got fixed up lickety split, but at this rate, we expect to have new tires all the way around by the time we go to Warrenton for the fall show!

If you can see anything that interests you, just drop me an e-mail and I'll let you know whether or not it sold.

I got pics of the one's you mentioned you didn't. Can't wait to show them, but then again I have like 20 posts ready to go from our trip. Sorry about the tire and maybe it won't happen again for another 10 years, at least!
Oh I wish I could see some of these things in person!!! I mean it when I say we don't have things like that here!!!
Looks like sooo much fun!!!! That bed oh my!!! Love your idea to paint that pleather too!!!
You and I, Deb, always full of adventures on our trips!!!!! It all looks lovely, I really wish I had been there!!!
Isabel
I'm so sorry I missed it, but 4:00 came and went and I was just getting into corsicana. Maybe next time. It all looks wonderful.

Flats - NO fun! Loved the post. You made me laugh out loud this Sunday evening. Thanks for all you share.

Love, love, love ALL the "eye candy". I swear, one of these days I'm going to make my son hook a trailer (with no sticks in the tires) to his truck and drive me to Texas to shop! It is fun to look at the pix's though!!
Deb, I don't remember those ice cream stores in our area, we had Retting's Ice cream stores and when I was pg...I would have a banana split and a hot dog.
Look like your adventure..despite the tire, was a great day.
Looks like it was just amazing! I'm glad the weather was not too bad, but sorry to hear about the tire!

Deb,
Every time I read one of your post it put a smile on my face. You have a way of making even a flat tire seem like no big deal. Me? I would just worry worry worry, why? I dono, I just would. Anyway, thanks for sharing all the pictures. I wished I could have gone. Looks like so much fun!
My Best
Gale
P.S. can't wait til next Sunday!
Well TOT made it in a little later than planned...but they took their time and shopped till they dropped at the pink chateau...tomorrow, lookout...we're on a roll, get outta the way, Tot's comin' through, boy, did she get some goodies!!!
Drool...
Awww....I have never been to Carolyn's but I looked and Chatfield is only a little over an hour from me. I am sooo excited! I would have come out this weekend but had a busy schedule with family. Maybe next time! Sorry to hear about your flat....bummer!
Okay Debbie, this is the deal. Only between you and me though...don't tell Cat Daddy. I used my psychiatry experience (slept at many Holiday Inn Expresses) and I think Cat Daddy has the hots for the lady in the green capri pants. She's in all three of his gate photos. My thinking is that she thought he was a pervert with the camera and dissed him on her way in, leaving Cat Daddy nothing else to do except take pictures of someone he's comfortable with such as Carolyn. He's still worth keeping though. We don't have proof that he touched her or anything. ;)
Now back to the fun stuff...looks like another great show I missed but I'm getting ready for Warrenton in the fall. Do you know that prom night at Junk Gypsy is on my birthday??? yay girl! Would you be my date?
everything vintage
Shit. Sorry that post was so long!
oops...sorry for the "s" word.
I'm so glad you made it back safe and sound. I'm surprised you have the strength to type after the busy week you've had. Everything looked wonderful, and remember we have to really PRAISE those Daddy's, especially when they have tires that are bad, otherwise mine acts a little poopy around the edges. Gotta keep those boys happy!
Rest up, Debra
In my neck of the woods, that's called a foursome. I'm cool with that!
Now for those of you who don't know what's in Deb's dirty mind...don't ask & we won't tell!
Debbie,
Everything looked just beautiful! I am sure that it was a long day, and we will hook up in Malakoff or Athens soon enough. Hope you went home with a Purse Full of MONEY...... less the cost of a tire of course... ouch. sorry that happened. Hugs
Oh my gosh!!!!! Cat Daddy and those tires, I bet you are dreaming of flats!!! The show looked ooooh so good! I so wish and dream of joining you all one day! Or... you joining me on trash drive bys, so much fun we would have!!Off to work, Have a great day.
Hey Debbie Thanks for stopping by & your encouraging words. Looks like the sale was a ball...except of course for the flat...I got a hole in the side of a tire from someone else's tire valve stem that was laying on the very edge of our narrow road...flattened it completely in like 3 seconds! Have a great week, lady *elaine*
I am wishing you a life full of fresh plump tires with NO MORE HOLES! There, that should do it. Looks like the show was lovely and I hope quite successful. Hmmm, Cat Daddy didn't ask you to buy some green capri pants and a pole to dance around did he? Oh sorry, Jodie is such a bad influence...tee hee. Hugs, Pam. PS I don't know anything about crystal so I don't know how old my box of glass ware is, the 4 buck price tag was just too good to pass up!
To bad about the flat. Looks like the show was a lot of fun. I wish I lived closer. Have a great week and get some rest. Sandi
I think you should do the "good travel" dance before leaving the Dallas area! Looks like you had great fun anyway... wish I'd been there... one day soon... keeping my fingers crossed!
hugs. Dixie
It looks as though you had a wonderful day! I once had three flat tires in two weeks time!!! Ahhhh! Makes you want to screeeeeeam! Hope you share more pics soon!!! Have a great day. :0)
Well, it looks like another killer event...only in Texas. You definitely need some good mojo for your wheels. Perhaps a mechanic 'on call' for Warrenton.
Miss you! xo lulu
Y'all and flats! Surely, you have met your lifetime quota of flats by now!
It was great seeing y'all and your goodies Saturday. What I wanted more than anything? Your white dress! LOVE IT!
David is working on editing his photos now. Maybe by this afternoon, I'll be able to post some up. Or links or something.

Well, it's always an adventure with you and C.D., Deb. How boring life would be if it all went so smoothly all the time, eh? Looks like a fabulous set-up and good time at the Plantation with Carolyn!
I'm sorry about the flat, but what can you do but what you did! I think Cat Daddy did great on the photos, I know it had to be overwhelming with so much gorgeousness all around!! Looks like a great time and I am so sad I could not be there!!
Lou Cinda :)
I would have loved to have had that header that you sold this past weekend! You have an incredible eye and a fabulous sense of "what's hot" not to mention your divine displays!!
Carol
I'd rather change the tire than do all that setup work YOU do! Thanks for all the support, Girlfriend. It means a lot to me!
The Texas Woman
CD's talents lie elsewhere....GUUURL, I am not touchin' that with a ten foot pole! Looks like a fun time! Sorry I couldn't be there but I will be checking out Winnie & Tulula's in a few weeks and I can hardly wait!
Hi - The lavabo (THANKS for letting me know the name. I was not sure.) is made of a formed heavy plastic of some kind. It really looks like plaster. Thanks again for you comment.
Charla
Hey sweetie!
Looks like ya'll had a great time at Carolyn's! Wish I could have made it....but, ya know how Saturday's are here in the city. :)
I can't believe ya'll got another flat on that trailer!!! It is a miracle that everytime this has happened you are not actually scootin' down the highway!!!
Hope to see ya soon...xo....deb
Hi Debbie , Dang ! A flat again - that's just not right. I hope the rest of the week end made up for it tenfold. We had the best time at Barn House , my pictures aren't that great but theres some great ones out in blogland. Cat Daddy and I just need to take a photography class , I guess! Sue
The rooster is super cute and I love that bed. You make me want to go visit an antique store!
Glad you had a good weekend aside from the tire incident. Did you sell those giant fence pieces?
-FringeGirl
Wow. I can't believe you had another flat. It looks like a fun day, though.
