An Up And Coming Talent In Our Midst

If it seems like I am coming at y'all hot and heavy with posts about Warrenton, you're right...at least about the heavy part. I wanted to get them all in and start moving on to other stuff, but just so you know, don't get too used to daily posts! This will not happen again until the fall!I wanted to show y'all Lisa at La Rustique Market's beautiful tent at Warrenton. This was her first time out of the gate and she did a remarkable job. I started to say in the title that she was an Antique Week virgin, but then I got to thinking what kind of visitors I might get and quickly backed off that title. You would never guess she wasn't a veteran at this show. Her displays were fantastic!
She used every inch of her tent to its full advantage. Her merchandising was, well, say it with me...Fab U Lous!!!
Lisa is a super sweet lady with an eye for the beautiful things we all love. Getting to meet her at the blog party was a delight.
Her little paper garlands were a huge success. I do believe she sold out. Am I right about that, Lisa?
Loved this killer piece...doncha know I go for the big and heavy! I don't know what all got sold, but I'm sure you can ask her and she'll be glad to answer any and all questions.
She's really good, isn't she? If you missed her this trip, I'm pretty sure she'll be back in the fall. Stop in and see her when you are making your fall plans. You won't be disappointed.
Finally, here is my obligatory photo of Cat Daddy! Girls, we really do need to teach this old dog, I mean cat, a few new tricks. We've all seen that pose, Cat Daddy....time to move on to something else!!!!
I won't be posting any over the weekend so I'll just close by saying,
Blessings to all of you this Easter. Let's not forget to honor Him to whom we owe all.

Here I am at my day job with a HUGE deadline looming over my head and I just had to stop everything to read your blog and check out all of the pictures. Now my heart is racing...we MUST get to TX, and get there soon!

I took pics of her space but for some reason they weren't very clear, probably the operator. Great job Lisa, so glad you did a post on her.

Love this booth! Loved meeting you and Cat Daddy in person! You are every bit of Texas sweet (with a little bit of spice thrown in for good measure!) that I thought you would be! Came home with my own pair of Yellow Box shoes!

now that i have gotten back home from my first ever visit to texas (yay!), and made some mental connections to who's who through blogs - i remember your beautiful toile pillows!!! i was at your booth towards the end of the day - i loved those pillows, but i knew they would literally take up one whole suitcase...and i was too addled with antique joy to think of *shipping*!!! did you sell them? oh - they were beautiful...
