White Wednesday/The Stars At Night!

In keeping with the White Wednesday theme hosted by Kathleen at Faded Charm and since I am (as LuLu would say) up to my armpits in alligators, I am taking a little liberty of stealing, I mean borrowing a photo from Laurie Anna's recent show at the Houston Ballet's Nutcracker Gift Market.

Laurie and her cracker jack crew of elves and elfettes once again took top honors as one of three recipients of BEST IN SHOW!!! She never fails to put the OOH in ooh la la, but this time...Oh My Stars! All I can say is she makes me proud to be a Texan and a girl Texan at that! Of course it's just not fair to be beautiful and talented, but poor girl...such is the lot fate has handed her! If you are ever in Canton, be sure to drop in at Laurie Anna's Vintage Home. I promise you up and down, you won't be disappointed! This is her style all the time.
Now, go check out her latest post to see all the photos and to read who else received a Best In Show. I gotta get back to my rat killing!

Wow...she is AMAZING!!! Seriously... I can't even express how bad I want her to come help me dump my house and start again with all of her fun stuff!!!

You know... if rats had rhinestone collars and velvet leashes they would be much easier to wrangle... just think about it.

;-) Thank You for sharing!!!

Gorgeous photos, and I'm sure even more gorgeous in person!
p.s. Deb, I found those burlap trees at a place here in town called Martin's Floral. They aren't a chain, but they do have some of the most amazing faux flowers and trees that I have ever laid eyes on!

I am pretty sure I was in her place at Canton...it was gorgeous...if I am thinking right she had a big dog asleep on the floor and it was feeling a bit sick to its tummy from eating dog candy at Halloween dress up parade it attended.
Beautiful stuff.

Okay Deb...I AM BACK.
After reading all the posts that I missed while I was playing with Bellas...I'm mad at you.
I told you not to have fun without me and what do you do? You have TWO White Wednesdays (I love the post about your father by the way!) AND you were sneaking around in all of these fabulous places without me. pout pout. You sure don't get sick when you are out visiting other people...I think I'm starting to get a complex here. You come half way to Louisiana and turn around. I drive all the way to Dallas and you are sick. So what's next?
I guess I can't complain...I'm enjoying this blog love affair with you...I'm not picky...I'll take what I can get...when I get it...where I get it...well, you get the picture.
I'm back.

Hey, doll! If you're in a race with the rats I put my money on you! While you've been rodent wrangling, my computer(s) have been possessed or fried! Just had to drop by for a visit and say "hi" from the guest "office space" at the hotel!! Hard to keep a good junker down, lol!
Hugs and keep swinging ... er, running ... you know, just outwit those pesky alligators and rats!!

That's one beautiful display. I love the shades of green mixed in with the creams and whites. Thanks for sharing.

Enjoy the rest of your week.
