Food For Thought

I know y'all have your meal planned for Thursday, but whatcha got planned for Friday after a big day of shopping? Turkey Tetrazzini complete with another set of dirty dishes sound good to you? How about a big ol' cornbread dressing sandwich washed down with a little Pepto? Yummy! You could go ahead now and make reservations at The Bistro for a special four course meal prepared by Chef Jeff by just picking up the phone and dialing 903-677-6868. It's up to you....Filet Mignon or warmed up green bean casserole....Chilean sea bass or turkey surprise. Which is it gonna be?

I strongly recommend the call or face the consequences!
PLOP, PLOP, FIZZ, FIZZ!!!

Wonderful news to share with y'all tonight. Peg is mending beautifully AND the test results came back NEGATIVE! Praise God!!!

Hi Debbie,
I wish I was closer, I would definitely ask Jeff to make our dinner, it sounds lovely and I hate doing dishes!

I remember being young. After Christmas at my parents, it felt as though we had turkey every day for about a decade!!

Wonderful news! I would so make reservations if I lived anywhere near Texas. Thanksgiving will bring plenty of dirty dishes - enough to last a week. At least! :-)

While I love Thanksgiving, on Friday I think I'll just have me a plain ole hamburger, my favorite! Then spend some time having fun with my sis from the blog, Faded Roses.

Have a totally, wonderfully, blessed day!!!

Well darlin', if I were closer, I'd be all over that reservation! Hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful Thanksgiving. And while I have to admit, leftover turkey isn't my thing, I discovered (when I was in Brimfield a couple of years ago) the Pilgrim sandwich. Take all your leftovers...turkey,stuffing, cranberry sauce, even some mashed potatoes, and make a sandwich out of it with just a spot of mayo. Seriously better than the turkey on day 1 IMHO.

Bear hugs,
Judy
