That's Just Crazy Talk

In the South, the question isn't whether there are crazy, I mean eccentric folks in the family...that's a given. The only real question is which side's prouder of 'em! Can y'all guess which it is at the Casita de Trash? It's been said there's a thin line separating insanity from genius. Y'all...he may be walking a tight rope here...
on the ledge of evil genius!
Anyone up for a game of Crazy 8's? Seating is now available!
Hmm...I think I see some guys in white jackets hiding in the shrubs muttering something about "certifiable"!
Crazy you ask?
Yeah...like a fox!

(What can I say...I'm the one who puts him on the front porch for all the neighbors to see!)

I'll bring the wine and we can sit on your porch, OK? People have indeed come to my house and asked if I was going to refinish my furniture and I have indeed replied, "no, we paid extra for it to look like that." :-)

I'd pay admission to see:
A. The room-setting from which this two-piece sectional and chair came from.
B. The cat-fight that ensued, creating the tattered loveliness that covers those two French beauties! Think it was cats, or a couple of mean bitches?

Lisa said...

Deb,
You are such a piece of work, 'I put him on the porch'...LOL
Okay, first I must say I hope you hosed off in the front yard after hauling all that! But YES, I see the genius. You are right, the lines on that sectional are amazing & quite unusual. It will bring a pretty penny at RT. That is if you can get Billy The Exterminator over beforehand.

Kathie Truitt said...

Absolutely! No hidin' those crazies in the closet or attic - put 'em right on the porch and show 'em off!
However, I must say after reading your last two posts I can definitely look at those and see what they could be. Are you going to post 'after pictures.'?
